Shipping
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking when available.
Estimated delivery time: 5 – 14 business days (varies by destination). If you need an order by a specific date, contact us before purchasing and we’ll tell you what’s realistic for your country.
Shipping cost: Free shipping.
Returns
If you’d like to return your order, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return, email us at twoframe23@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll reply with the next steps.
Return shipping: 7€ (e.g., “paid by customer” or “covered by us on eligible orders”).
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
